Shotgun Stories

Saw this beauty over the weekend. It’s an intriguing film about of two sets of half brothers on opposite sides of the socioeconomic fence. They all share a father, but he left one set of brothers in the dust to start a new family. The brothers all meet at his funeral and what follows is a slowly-paced, honest and sad story of revenge, family and spite.

I particularly loved a lot of the photography in the film, some of the shots of Arkansas in there were fantastic. Netflix has it, and I’d highly recommend watching.

Just added it to my queue. We’ll see how I like it; Netflix thinks I’ll give it a 1-star. It certainly sounds interesting.

If you’re my friend you’ll give it five! :p
