We’ll very likely end up with a scenario like this, not unlike what we see for television packages. The net will be filtered and tiered, and way uncool.
Not sure what net neutrality is? It basically means that cable companies will control what you see on the internet. Sites with larger budgets—think MSN.Com or NBC.Com—will run faster because they pay ISPs more money, and the rest will be throttled or filtered out of the equation.
